Our Finance Transformation Office partners directly with the CFO to create scalable, intelligent, and automated processes and solutions. We're looking for a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of finance, data, and technology. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping self-service analytics, building automated reporting pipelines, and enabling smarter decisions across the organization.

About the role

Partner with Finance Organization and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful data- and process-related solutions.
Collect, understand, analyze pain points and business requirements from various finance teams and translate them into technical specifications and analytics designs; creating pilots / MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and drive their implementation.
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and ad hoc reports using tools such as Power BI, SNOWFLAKE, or Python.
Write performant SQL queries to source and transform data from Snowflake and underlying data sources (like Amazon S3).
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives (SNOWFLAKE integration, data pipelines, data modeling, self-service reporting)
Champion data literacy across the finance function and contribute to our analytics framework.

About you

Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in data analytics or a similar data-related field (experience in a Finance organization is a must)
Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake is a big plus)
Comfort and passion working with large amount of data pipelines and real-time data sources (Kafka a strong plus)
Proven experience with BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
Understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals in a plus (FP&A, controlling, P&L structure)
Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills
Experience with RPA or AI tools is a plus (e.g. UiPath, Python, ChatGPT API)
