Salesforce Engineer (m/f/d) - Bus Partner Acquisition

We are looking for a motivated and curious Salesforce Engineer (m/f/d) - Bus Partner Acquisition who will help us to build a new product to scale and automate our Bus Partner acquisition process.

Flix's success is based on long-term partnerships with our bus partners. Our local teams need to create and manage all our bus partners that are in more than 40 countries. You will build, implement, and improve new tools to ensure the highest standards of global business excellence. You will enable a global governance on Bus Partner acquisition, contracts, and the harmonization of processes.

You will join a growing, cross-functional and product-focused domain and own the development for our product. Our services are being used by various internal business stakeholders across the globe and have a profound impact on our vision to provide green and affordable mobility to everyone.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You will be part of the software development life cycle.
• You participate in the design, building of scalable solutions and their integration.
• You work with a diverse group of stakeholders based in our headquarters as well as users in our local offices around the globe to align on expectations and opportunities.
• You will be translating business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
• You will promote continuous improvement and best practices standards across the business.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

With your innovative mindset, you embrace complexity and get excited about building a new product.

• You bring several years of professional experience as a certified Salesforce platform developer.
• You have a hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations.
• You have worked closely with business stakeholders and are able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• You are a strong communicator with excellent English fluency.
• You have a deep understanding of agile principles and know how to apply them on a daily basis.
• You are a true team-player, full of empathy and intuition.
• You have already worked with Salesforce as a CRM before.
