Finance Trainee (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Finance Trainee (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. 

You will be participating in our 14-month fast-track finance program for recent graduates and professionals at the beginning of their career.

14 months in 4 teams: The Flix Finance Trainee program includes placements in core finance functions such as Controlling, Accounting and Corporate Finance, as well as a placement with an international finance team and a business team.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You will have the chance to apply your theoretical knowledge and perfect your finance skills and understand the way of working in a fast-paced international environment.
• You will get the chance to build a network while gaining international work experience and understanding of cross functional finance processes.
• You will be guided by a mentor to help you navigate through the trainee program and define your learning goals for each placement.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• You want to acquire a solid understanding of multiple functions within the CFO department
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or related field of study
• You have a very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and acquired first knowledge of data analytics and Finance systems
• You have strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured, agile way of working
• You have first experience in project management, ideally in an international setup and strong communication skills
• You are proactive, reliable and have a strong focus on achievement
• You are fluent in English, German and every other language is a plus
• You are open-minded and motivated to spend three months in one of our European offices
