We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Working Student People and Analytics (all genders) to join our People & Culture department of 24. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in HR analytics and develop your analytical skills within a supportive environment. You will contribute to creating and enhancing our monthly and quarterly HR reports, delve into crucial personnel metrics, and help optimize processes with a strong emphasis on data quality. Your role

You will support the People Analytics team with ad-hoc requests and contribute to improving our output by focusing on data quality and the optimization of our processes.

You will ensure the accuracy and conduct the final quality review of our data, reports, and products.

You will take ownership of various sub-tasks within our annual compensation review process.

You will prepare the monthly standardized HR reporting and support the creation of insightful analyses of personnel statistics, evaluations, and key figures.

Additionally, you will be involved in the ongoing development of our HR KPI system and its related reporting.

Your profile

You are currently enrolled for at least one more year as a student in business administration, economics, statistics, a STEM field, or a comparable degree program with a strong focus on analytics, and you are based in Berlin.

You possess a strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for identifying outliers and deviations in data.

Ideally, you have some initial experience and/or a basic understanding of the data ETL process.

You have excellent skills in Excel / Google Sheets, particularly with pivot tables, logical and statistical functions, and data visualization.

Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.

You are fluent in English; German skills are an advantage.

Full Transparency: For this role, we offer you a fixed hourly salary between 14€ and 16€. The salary you can expect will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process and the progress of your studies.
