    Our Supplier Product team of 7 is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated professional to join us as the owner of our EDI solution.
    In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our EDI data exchange, onboarding suppliers, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners to improve processes and systems.

    Your role
  • Manage and maintain the company’s EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solution and related partner integrations, ensuring smooth daily data exchange.
  • Identify, plan, prioritize, test, and implement improvements within the EDI environment in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new suppliers onto the EDI web platform, ensuring accurate and efficient integration.
  • Provide support and backup for team members, including assisting with other supplier-related tools such as the contract management system.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize EDI processes.

    • Your profile
  • Strong experience with E-commerce, EDI, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or ERP systems
  • A hands-on mindset with a passion for taking ownership and driving projects forward
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • A genuine interest in improving processes and optimizing interfaces between IT systems
    • Nice to have:
  • German language skills
  • Enjoy working closely with stakeholders and customers
  • Familiarity with tools like Procuros, Business Central, or Bonsai

    • What we offer you
  • Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 50.000€ and 71,500€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
