We’ve proven the concept with our first enterprise customers – and now we’re rebuilding the product from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to start fresh on a validated idea, with real customer demand already in place. You’ll play a central role in shaping and bringing this new product to life, working directly with the founding team and our development crew.

Aufgaben

We’re looking for a Product Owner who is excited about building products from the ground up, passionate about user experience, and curious about leveraging AI to work smarter.

You’ll have end-to-end product responsibility for both our web application and mobile app, working hand-in-hand with our CTO and founders, and collaborating closely with our 3.5-head development team. Your mission: translate ideas, customer needs, and insights into a product experience that delights users and drives adoption.

This is a high-impact role with the potential to grow into a leadership position as Evolute scales.

What you’ll do

Own the end-to-end product management process, from ideation to release
Define new features: create user stories, workflows, and wireframes/designs, including handling edge cases
Lead product meetings and prioritize the roadmap based on impact and strategy
Run backlog grooming and ensure clarity for the dev team
Moderate sprint ceremonies (kick-off, review, retro) – we don’t have a dedicated Scrum Master
Conduct user research and leverage analytics to understand user needs and processes
Collaborate with design and development to craft exceptional user experiences across web and mobile
Perform high-level bug analysis and reproduce critical issues
Do manual QA testing as the last safety net before release
Experiment with AI-powered tools to boost productivity in research, analytics, and product discovery
Continuously improve our product workflows and team processes

Qualifikation

Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a SaaS startup or scale-up (ideally B2B)
Proven track record of building/rebuilding products from scratch and seeing them through to market success
Strong UI/UX skills: comfortable creating wireframes, mockups, and design flows
Hands-on user research experience and an analytical mindset
Excellent ability to prioritize and manage trade-offs in a fast-moving environment
Curiosity and AI-first mindset: eager to try new tools, follow the AI ecosystem, and apply it to your work
Technical expertise: high-level understanding of APIs, system integrations, and SaaS architecture; able to collaborate with developers on technical discussions
Strong communicator, able to collaborate with founders, developers, and customers alike
Based in the Düsseldorf area (or willing to travel regularly) – hybrid work with flexibility
