Your mission
Join us in disrupting the international energy trading market!
A Senior Product Designer is responsible for the delivery of new feature designs for the enmacc platform. You will continuously translate energy traders' needs into business value through designs. The role requires full ownership of feature designs from ideation and research to production version live on the platform.
Your responsibilities / what you'll do
- Continuous research efforts to understand the energy trading industry's needs and translate them into business value through designs
- Work with Product & Engineering teams to produce future-proof solutions, rolled out step by step.
- Iterate on the usability and delightfulness of existing enmacc's user interfaces
- Ensure on-time delivery of design assets and Design Quality assurance for shipped designs.
- Maintaining and levelling up cohesive design across the entire product
- Deliver the best of class handoffs for Engineering and Product Management
- Sell your solutions internally and convince stakeholders
- Update our Design System with new components and redesign existing ones
Your profile / what you'll need
- Entrepreneurial mindset. Desire to research the problem, fill in the knowledge gaps and provide an easy-to-implement solution that energy traders would love
- 7+ years of experience in Product design, UX and UI for complex web/desktop applications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successfully delivered interfaces & design systems
- Ability to think in business value, return on investment & technical feasibility
- Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems in Figma
- Dedication to high-quality deliverables within short timeframes.
- Ability to articulate thoughts, rationalise decisions and pitch ideas in an international environment
- Developed UI skills and a good eye for details
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Experience in designing enterprise web applications and experience in the Fintech/trading area is a plus
