Contract Administrator
Your Mission As Contracts Administrator
A Contracts Administrator is responsible for reviewing, redlining and drafting contractual agreements between Energage and its customers, partners, contractors and suppliers. This position demands a solid understanding of legal terminology, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to ensure that all contracts comply with relevant regulations, policies and standards. Working closely with all levels of the organization and external parties, a Contracts Administrator aims to minimize risk and maximize value for Energage in every agreement.
A Contracts Administrator will also play a key role in achieving sustainable retention of key accounts, protect annual recurring revenue (ARR), increase net revenue retention (NRR) and drive operational discipline for renewals management.

Energage is a remote workplace with employees in various US locations. While our employees enjoy the flexibility of daily remote work, they are also given the occasional opportunity for in person interaction. Whether in our office in Exton, PA , or in a coworking space/out in their local area. Only candidates in the Eastern Standard Time will be considered.
