In the future, it will not only be crucial to consume less energy, but also to consume it at the right time - this is the only way to optimally integrate volatile renewable energies from wind and solar into our electricity system.
With our AI-based flexOn platform, we help industrial electricity consumers to actively flexibilize their energy consumption - in other words, to use electricity when it is particularly green and cheap. Our goal: to drive forward the decarbonization of the energy system - and significantly reduce costs in the process.

Tasks
- Further development of our flexOn software solution
- Development of internal software tools
- Code reviews and optimization of existing front-end components
- Enhancement of the user experienceCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design (Figma/Sketch), backend (Go services) and DevOps teams to align on API contracts, CI/CD flows, staging/release processes, and ensure end-to-end product coherence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
- Expert in TypeScript and deep experience with React (hooks, context, Suspense) or comparable frameworks (Vue, Angular)
- Solid grounding in web standards: semantic HTML, CSS3 (PostCSS/Sass/Tailwind), responsive layouts, and cross-browser/device compatibility
- Strong collaboration skills: experience working closely with designers (Figma/Sketch), backend and DevOps peers to ship cohesive products
