    Strategic and operational management

    • Coordination of the communication teams of the Group companies.
    • Close cooperation with the management of the Group companies, internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Developing marketing campaigns in close coordination with Business Development and management.
    • Increasing visibility at all relevant customer contact points.
    • Budget responsibility and performance monitoring (including reporting and analysis).
    • Optimization of processes, tools and standards in day-to-day business.
    • Direct reporting to the management.

    Social media marketing

    • Development and implementation of innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement rates.
    • Operational support and maintenance of all relevant social media channels (e.g . LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
    • Creation and optimization of target group-specific content, including texts, images and videos.
    • Monitoring, analysis and reporting of social media campaigns, including deriving suggestions for optimization.

    Event management

    • Conception, planning and implementation of internal and external events, such as customer events, industry trade fairs, workshops and networking events.
    • Management of service providers and partners as well as budget control for events.
    • Ensuring the seamless integration of events into the overall marketing strategy.
    • On-site support for events, including contact person for participants and customers.
    • Coordination of communication and media support for events and trade fairs.

    Brand communication and positioning

    • Further development of the brand presence and positioning of the agency group on the market.
    • Working closely with internal teams (e. g. Sales, Business Development, ...) to ensure a consistent brand message.
    • Support in the development and implementation of campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing customers.

    Public relations

    • Development and implementation of an integrated PR strategy to position the agency group.
    • Identification of relevant PR topics, creation of an editorial plan and management of press relations.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, media representatives and influencers.
    • Writing press releases, articles, statements and specialist articles.
    • Creating content for corporate publishing channels (e.g. blog, newsletter, website).
    • Coordination and creation of PR materials such as press kits and company presentations.
    • Organization of press conferences, media roundtables and interviews.

    Trend observation and innovation management

    • Observation of current marketing trends and identification of potential for the agency group.
    • Developing creative and innovative approaches to optimize social media and event activities.

    Your skills

    • Degree in marketing, communication, event management or a comparable qualification.
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media and/or event management, preferably in the dynamic environment of a digital agency.
    • Excellent knowledge of common social media platforms and their advertising formats.
    • Experience in the conception and implementation of events and functions.
    • Creative and target group-oriented content creation, including storytelling and visual design.
    • Strong organizational skills, strong communication skills and team spirit.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally as part of events or to coordinate with site managers.
    • Very good communication skills in German and English.
    • Ability to prepare complex content in a target group-oriented manner.
    • Experience with common tools (analytics, ads, social media, etc)
