As a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), the following exciting tasks await you:

    • Paid Search & Paid Social Management: Execute and optimize Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising). Be curious and open to exploring new paid acquisition channels (excluding influencer and CRM).
    • Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, create reports in Excel/Google Sheets, and suggest initial optimizations to improve ROI and ROAS.
    • Tracking Support: Assist in monitoring event and conversion tracking (e.g., via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics).
    • Feed Management: Support product feed maintenance and optimization using tools like Channable, and help manage the Google Merchant Center (nice to have).
    • Testing & Creative Optimization: Conduct A/B tests for ads, audiences, and landing pages in close collaboration with the team.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports (including KPIs like CPA and conversion rates) and share actionable insights to drive continuous campaign improvement.

    Your profile

    • You are ready to join our team as soon as possible and either live in Berlin (or nearby) or are willing to relocate.
    • You are fluent in English – proficiency in additional European languages, especially French, is an advantage.
    • You bring 2-3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, with strong expertise in Paid Search (Google Ads) and ideally some experience or interest in Paid Social (Meta). Experience with Microsoft Advertising or Apple Search Ads is a plus.
    • We value curiosity – especially in exploring new paid acquisition channels (excluding influencer/CRM) and a strong interest in AI tools for marketing.
    • You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and Tableau is an advantage.
    • Bonus skills: feed optimization (e.g., Channable), app marketing (e.g., Adjust), attribution modeling, event tracking, in-house e-commerce experience, or advanced GA knowledge.
