🌟 Your Mission: As Principal Product Manager, you'll drive product discovery and strategy, focusing primarily on innovative AI and Computer Vision solutions within unexplored business domains. Initially also serving as Product Owner, you will bridge strategic vision, ideation, and execution to accelerate the creation of innovative AI-powered solutions, enhancing user experiences by removing technical barriers and simplifying diagnostic exercises for sports talent.
Tasks
What You'll Work On:
- AI Product Strategy: Develop and execute a robust product vision and strategy for the AI and Computer Vision domain, aiming to revolutionize diagnostic and training experiences in the sports sector.
- Discovery & Validation: Lead the product discovery process, validate concepts using customer insights, define MVPs, and leverage agile methodologies and A/B testing for rapid iteration.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure ongoing alignment with executives, business owners, and cross-functional stakeholders by clearly communicating product strategies, roadmaps, and progress.
- Roadmap & Execution: Own and prioritize the Discovery Roadmap, coordinating closely with engineering, UX/UI, and future Data Science teams to deliver strategic initiatives efficiently.
- Project Transition: Facilitate smooth transitions from product discovery to implementation, clearly defining product requirements for seamless execution by engineering teams.
- Act as Product Owner: Initially serve as Product Owner within agile engineering teams, maintaining product alignment with strategic business objectives.
Requirements
🧠 What You Bring:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong background in AI, data-driven product development, or business analysis.
- Proven expertise in transitioning technical teams from R&D toward impactful business delivery.
- Deep understanding of AI and Computer Vision methodologies; experience in consumer products and data science highly advantageous.
- Ideally, prior experience in the sports-tech domain or a passion for sports.
- Strong experience with product discovery, validation, agile practices, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complexity.
- German (C1), English.
