Your Responsibilities:

Leading multiple projects or a large, complex project or program. Responsible for the most difficult and critical initiatives
Be a leading edge expert in many languages and technologies and covering the full lifecycle of software and operations
Define technical standards and ensure best practices across teams.
Responsible that our architecture is clean, robust, easy to understand, scalable and future proof
Mentor senior engineers and foster technical growth in the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and business goals.
Collaborate with other teams to align development goals.
Drive Customer Satisfaction measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
Drive great team atmosphere and be a role model in solution-design, technical analysis, output and quality
Drive excellent developer experience
Give honest, direct, unambiguous, constructive, but respectful feedback
Excellent communicator inside and outside the team
Consultant for other stakeholders with technical questions
Independent leading engineer
Responsible for output of the team as a whole

What you'll bring to the team:

Expert in Java and related tools and technologies.
Expert in software architecture and engineering, large-scale system design as well as in multiple languages and areas.
Basic Project Management knowledge
Competent in leadership and managing technical teams professionally and or disciplinary.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving technical innovation and excellence.
Competent in usability and user experience and mentor others in it
