Your Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of major and complex features and initiatives
- Architect and design scalable and efficient software solutions for medium to large business requirements
- Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
- Drive quality
- Drive great developer experience
- Drive operational excellence
- Be a role model in terms of output and quality
- Be a multiplier
- Drive clean code and simplicity in the system
- Perform advanced code and solution reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Mentor intermediate and junior engineers.
- Deep understanding of the tech vision and contribution to progress towards it
- Attain and Maintain solid overview of large parts of the Crewmeister code base, infrastructure and architecture
- Drive user experience
What you'll bring to the team:

Expert in Java and Spring Boot, as well as experience in other areas and languages
