• Collaborate with the product design team to create user-centered designs for our web and mobile applications, share your ideas and insights to improve design processes and outcomes.
• Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user interactions.
• Support the design team in iterating and refining designs based on feedback.
• Help to maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Qualifications. You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design or relate
Ownership. You own your work, identify and adresss problems and make sure to reach the desired outcome.
Drive. You have an eye for detail, with a great ability to suggest new ideas and drive projects and tasks to completion.
Collaboration. You enjoy cross-departmental projects and have a knack for organising and coordinating them.
Growth Mindset. Your curiosity drives your desire for learning and development.
Transparency. You are not afraid to make mistakes, ask for help, and learn.
Language. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
