(Senior) Engineering Manager (f/m/d)

As a (Senior) Engineering Manager, you'll leverage technology to streamline our operations, enabling us to focus more on driving the green energy transition. But you won’t do this alone. You’ll come in to lead and guide a team of passionate low-code engineers, automation specials, and full—stack developers committed to our mission.

Tasks

• Manage a high-performing engineering team, driving product development in a fast iteration environment.
• Diagnose technical bottle-necks and propose precise solutions to facilitate informed technical decisions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring continuous skill development.
• Shape the overall architecture of our software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure seamless integration of technical and business objectives

Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience as an Senior/Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead or similar leadership role in C2B/B2B marketplace, SaaS or mobility industry.
• Demonstrated success in a early stage startup environment, preferably through different phases.
• Strong software architecture skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Data Architecture (Back-End) Expertise/Background and hands-on experience
• Advocate for low-code development methodologies. Previous experience with Bubble.io, Xano, Zapier and Airtable or similar is highly preferred.
