People & Culture Lead (m/f/d)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced People & Culture Lead to join our team and drive the development and implementation of our HR strategy. As the People & Culture Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, overseeing core HR functions and recruitment processes, and spearheading various HR initiatives.

Tasks

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy and roadmap, aligning with our business objectives and fostering a positive employee experience.
• Build and manage the People & Culture team including core HR and recruitment processes, to support the growth and development of our organization.
• Implement HR processes and reporting in our new HRIS (Revolut People) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Lead quarterly performance review, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees to drive performance and development.
• Coordinate with external agencies on HR and Legal matters including contracts, payroll, and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in People & Culture management roles with a focus on People Operations (German and international markets), Performance Management, and Startup Culture
• Comprehensive knowledge across HR functions, including Employee Retention, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Payroll Administrations, Legal Compliance and Employer Branding
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, ideally startup, environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of rallying the team around HR initiatives and cultivate a collaborative work culture. Fluent German will be a plus.
• Tech-saviness will be a plus (we use Airtable, Make, Join, LinkedHelper, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby and Revolut People HRIS).
