Tasks

As a Partnerships Associate at Cardino, you will gain an invaluable insider’s perspective into the workings of a disruptive startup. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Scouting and acquiring potential partnerships for Cardino through active outreach via E-mail, LinkedIn, Phone, etc.
• Designing attractive affiliate models that will bring value to Cardino and our potential partners
• Conducting market research and categorizing industry leading players
• Becoming key contact person to all existing partners and strengthening our relationship with them
• Analyzing performance to evaluate the measures implemented
• Managing the implementation of the partnership integrations (working closely with Product, Marketing)
• Documenting learnings and processes related with our Partners
• You will be working closely with our Growth Manager in order to bring our partnership channel to the next level!

• Creativity and innovation to come up with out-of-the-box solutions and integrations
• Analytical skills - Identify where we can provide value to our partners and they to us
• German is your native language and you are fluent in English which is our company language
• You are comfortable with multitasking and talking on the phone to potential partners
• You are an organized person
