Tasks

As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients and candidates, forming the foundation of the business. You will:

Work closely with consultants to source and screen candidates using networks and a proprietary database.
Manage candidate interview programmes to match client specifications.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to business development initiatives.
Gain exposure to the private equity and venture capital markets, working with exceptional professionals across Europe and beyond.

Requirements

A driven and proactive individual who can demonstrate:

Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
Confidence in articulating ideas and following them through.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Problem-solving mindset with initiative and ownership of workload.
A collaborative attitude with the desire to build lasting relationships.
Fluency in German and English (verbal and written).A university degree.
