Established in 1999, ICBC Frankfurt Branch plays a key role by providing a wide range of financial services to local clients and contributing to the global strategic positioning of the Group.
The General Administration Department at ICBC Frankfurt Branch is mainly responsible for ensuring effective HR management within the branch as well as the smooth functioning of various administrative tasks and supporting services.
Tasks
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates through collaboration with external suppliers and various channels to meet business hiring needs.
- Support employee relations management, fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to promote smooth integration and clarify company culture and expectations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they support positive employee relations and align with organizational goals.
- Support general HR operations by handling internal management tasks and assisting with daily administrative functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years or more experience in Human Resources, with a focused expertise in end-to-end recruitment and employee relations management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and a strong command of local employment laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance.
- Proven ability to manage conflicts, provide effective guidance, and resolve complex employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust and fostering positive working relationships at all levels.
- Highly organized with superior attention to detail, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Professional verbal and written fluency in both English and German.
