Tasks

As a Founders Associate, you’ll be the right hand to the founders. You’ll work at the intersection of Company Building, M&A, Operations, and Post-Merger Integration and have real impact from day one.

Strategy & Execution: From large strategic projects to fast ad-hoc topics; You’ll always be in the middle of the action.
M&A: Support our acquisition process; From due diligence and financial modeling to integrating acquired companies into our group.
Transformation: Understand existing processes, rethink them, and make them scalable with automation and AI.
Own Projects: You take full ownership from idea to execution.

Requirements

University degree (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in operations, process optimization, or project management is a plus
Very high level of self-initiative; you don’t wait for tasks, you take them
Ambitious, hands-on, solution-oriented - and maybe a future founder yourself
Native German and excellent English skills
