    Tasks

    As the Human Resources (HR) Manager, your mission is to ensure a seamless and high-quality employee experience from day one. You will play a central role in onboarding new team members, optimizing HR processes, and supporting the organization’s growth by fostering an efficient, reliable, and welcoming workplace culture. By combining your expertise in HR administration with strong communication and organizational skills, you will help drive continuous improvement, support cross-departmental collaboration, and contribute to a positive and innovative work environment in Berlin.

    • Ensure structured procedures and complete provision of equipment
    • Coordinate and manage all onboarding processes for new employees
    • Collaborate with Office Management, IT, and other departments for smooth integration
    • Organize and support onboarding at various locations, mainly in Berlin
    • Oversee payroll processing in cooperation with payroll providers
    • Manage vacation requests, absences, and HR records
    • Handle contracts, insurance, and employee-related administrative matters
    • Maintain and organize employee documents and contracts
    • Coordinate interviews and candidate introductions
    • Ensure clear communication with new employees and internal stakeholders
    • Confidently use HR software, payroll systems, and digital tools
    • Identify and implement improvements in HR and onboarding processes
    • Embrace and further develop AI-driven tools and processes

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in fast-growing companies
    • Proven expertise in onboarding, HR administration, and payroll management
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to collaborate across departments and hierarchies
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Capable of multitasking and handling several processes simultaneously
    • Adaptable and flexible to changing requirements and environments
    • Confident with HR software, payroll systems, and open to AI-driven tools
