As an Operations Coordinator your main tasks will be administrative, but with some project management tasks as well. You are an independent worker who wants to develop in your role.
Monitoring and documentation of accidents and damages according to specifications .Handing in damages and claims with insurance. Follow-up communication with customers and insurers about accidents and claims. Creation of reports to monitor volumes and performance. Assist with further operational duties as requested.
You have experience in working on motor vehicle claims settlement. You care about people and you are passionate about helping others. You are an excellent communicator in English and German. You are a natural problem solver and quick learner You have very good attention to detail, and can multitask, prioritize, and focus.
