Aufgaben

Take responsibility for our enginering efforts and the growth the jOS SaaS platform in dynamic, startup a’like, environment.

As a Head of Engineering, you will have chance to:

Create and oversee evolution of jOS
Work closely with top management
Manage team of developers
Setup and control internal development processes
Take ownership of internal systems
Participate in business strategy evolution

Qualifikation

10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on architecture or team leading, ideally on top of a degree in computer science or a related field (e.g., mathematics, physics)
In depth understanding of cloud based, distributed systems
Excellent verbal skill, proven ability to express your vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines,
Good knowledge of English; working understanding of German is a plus
Experience with React, Next.js, AWS technology stacks is a plus
