We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to join our SEO Frontiers Team, where you'll be building scalable, high-performance solutions. In this role, you'll work on a variety of projects, solve complex technical challenges, and foster innovation within our agile, outcome-focused teams. Our Product and Technology team operates autonomously in a cross-functional, agile DevOps environment with a strong emphasis on customer needs. We prioritize delivering outcomes over outputs, using OKRs to guide us toward achieving our vision.
In this role, you will:
● Architect and optimize our systems for performance, security, and scalability.
● Develop and deliver features from inception to production across a dynamic product roadmap.
● Lead hands-on development, balancing technical research and implementation.
● Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality code through reviews and feedback.
● Manage AWS-based microservices (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, DynamoDB).
● Contribute to IaC (Infrastructure as Code) to accelerate development and reduce reliance on the DevOps team.
● Developing applications on CMS platforms like Contentful.
Bonus Skills:
● Familiarity with NestJS, AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes.
● Knowledge of event-driven architecture/technologies.
● Experience with Google Analytics and AWS Athena.
● Background in CMS integration (e.g., Contentful).
We're looking for someone with extensive experience in modular application development, who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation.
● 5-8 years of experience in modular application development (Node.js, TypeScript, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
● Implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail for usability, accessibility, and compatibility for both web and mobile platforms.
● Proven experience in server-side technologies (Node.js or Java).
● Good experience in building APIs with REST or GraphQL.
● Strong experience in both frontend and backend development to be able to contribute to building and integrating React component libraries into web applications, while also supporting backend systems including APIs, messaging infrastructure, and back-office tools.
● Deep understanding of microservices architecture and web security best practices.
● Proficiency in styling frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind CSS) for responsive UIs.
● Experience with Agile, DevOps practices, and cloud providers (AWS).
● Collaborate with our architect, design, and product teams to identify and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive conversion
● Develop and maintain reusable web software components/libraries to maximize development efficiency
● Ability to convert complex software solutions into well-written technical design documents
● Define, validate, implement, and test your approach to building scalable and performant software
● Working knowledge of UML, software design patterns, distributed systems, resiliency , and security.
● Cultivate a collaborative working environment and a culture of technical ownership
● Strong communication skills in English.
