In this role, you will combine technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of 3-6 engineers to build scalable, high-impact solutions. You will shape the team’s technical direction, champion best practices, and work closely with product managers to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Lead by example by writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code while reviewing and mentoring the work of other engineers
- Define and drive technical direction, setting engineering best practices and making architectural decisions that support scalability and performance

Own the agile process, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and efficiency

Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business goals and customer needs

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
