Your mission as a Digital Designer - Marketing

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Designer with a focus on Video and Motion Design to join our expanding marketing team. As a key player, you'll contribute significantly to elevating our brand through visually stunning and engaging content across various platforms.

The role will be a 50/50 split between:

Execution of Marketing and sales material creation: PPTs, PDFs, social media posts, research reports and
Video content conception, design, and production across styles, formats, and purposes

What you'll be doing

Production/Execution:
- Develop and drive the creative vision for our video content, aligning it with the overall marketing strategy and brand objectives
- Create visually appealing graphics and design elements for various digital platforms, with a primary focus on video production and editing
- Redesign and optimize marketing materials for social media, event presentations, and promotional content in collaboration with marketing team
Strategic Vision and Innovation:
- Lead the ideation and production of innovative video content, exploring new formats, styles, and storytelling techniques
Technical Proficiency and Multichannel Expertise:
- Demonstrate advanced technical skills in video production, editing, and post-production, staying current with industry trends and technologies
- Create video and static content tailored for various platforms, ensuring adaptability and optimization for channels such as sales material, events, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams, to ensure seamless integration of video content across all touch points
- Collaborate with senior designers to contribute ideas for brand development and evolution
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to manage and optimize budgets for video content production, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality

You will thrive in this role if

You have 3+ years of experience in a creative role, ideally in a Creative Marketing Agency or a Startup
You are comfortable working with Figma and any video design software tool
You can adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities
You can communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and effectively while collaborating with team members for a cohesive approach
