After conversations at thinc! × Creandum × five.degrees, we decided to open this opportunity for people who do not wait for predefined roles. This is an entry point for exceptional talent across strategy, marketing, product-adjacent execution, and forward deployed engineering.
The opportunity is designed as an internship or early-career role with real ownership, responsibility, and exposure.

# What you will do
- Founder-level problem solving
Work directly with founders and senior leaders on ambiguous, high-impact questions. Break down complexity, structure decisions, and push topics to closure — fast. - Forward deployed execution
Work close to customers and real use cases. Translate complex requirements into workable solutions. Build reports, analyses, prototypes, or workflows that bridge product, data, and reality. - Marketing & narrative work
Help shape how Amperecloud shows up in the market. Turn insights from customers, data, and product into sharp positioning, messaging, and materials — from decks to GTM experiments. - Hands-on ownership
Pull and analyze data, build dashboards or automations, test hypotheses, and remove manual work using AI-enabled tools. If something slows the company down, you fix it. - Cross-functional drive
Move initiatives across Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Marketing. Keep momentum, timelines, and quality high — even when no one tells you exactly what to do.

Requirements

Exceptional track record: Top-tier academic or professional performance, or unmistakable evidence of excellence.
- High-intensity environments: Strategy consulting, VC, fast-growing startups, deep technical roles — or multiple demanding internships with real responsibility.
- Execution > theory: You get things done independently and follow through.
- Systems thinker: You connect product, data, customer reality, and market narrative.
- Low ego, high ownership: You care about results, not titles.
- Interest in AI, automation, energy systems, and modern SaaS.
- Comfort with ambiguity: You reprioritize fast and communicate clearly within 24 hours.
- Data fluency: Strong Excel/Sheets; SQL basics; Python, JS, or no-code tools are a plus.
- Language: Confident English; German is a plus.
