    THE ROLE

    TV streaming is the future of TV and Zattoo is constantly developing and improving it. For the next stage of our growth story we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who has the skills and passion to further develop our paid media strategy. In this role you are responsible for subscriber acquisition and managing our paid marketing campaigns to generate new leads. You will work closely with a performance marketing specialist who manages the web campaigns and landing page optimization. We have a strong focus on the rapidly evolving Connected TV universe. You will also work closely with the Head of Marketing and the other marketing disciplines.

     

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Be responsible for the Performance Marketing strategy and campaigns
    • Develop paid web and app lead acquisition strategy
    • Define initiatives according to Zattoo's objectives and key results 
    • Implement paid media strategies
    • Manage and further develop affiliate partnerships
    • Manage app store assets and keep up to date with latest app versions
    • Ensure and develop marketing tracking and attribution (Exactag)
    • Present key performance metrics to stakeholders
    • Identify new opportunities for performance marketing and act accordingly
    • Lead projects in the area of performance marketing

     

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • Minimum 3 years experience in  performance marketing, ideally in the D2C environment
      (esp. SEA, affiliate, display)
    • Very good knowledge of common web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and attribution tools such as Exactag
    • Basic understanding of the technical functionality and implementation of web tracking as well as knowledge of tag management systems
    • Strong affinity for numbers, mastering important key figures in all relevant marketing channels and making complex connections
    • Fluency in verbal and written German and English (min. Level C1)
    • As a team player, you enjoy making a difference as part of a team and are convincing with your solution-oriented and motivated manner
    • Bonus:
      • Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO)
      • Experience with mobile and CTV app campaigns
      • Experience with MMPs (e.g. Adjust)
