Zapdeck is an AI startup building the next generation of presentation software. Our platform enables users to create fully designed, professional presentations in minutes – powered by generative AI and a highly dynamic front-end that intelligently constructs and styles slide layouts.
We’re offering a unique opportunity to join our startup as a Freelance Frontend Engineer focused on building advanced UI systems. If you enjoy tackling complex front-end challenges and want to contribute to an ambitious AI-driven product from the ground up, this is the right place for you.
As part of our early engineering team, you’ll help shape the technical foundation of a next-generation presentation tool powered by AI. You’ll work closely with our CTO to design and implement highly dynamic UI components that combine React, CSS, SVG, Canvas, and JavaScript logic to render intricate visual layouts.
Tasks
- Implement complex front-end logic: Build and optimize the rendering layer that transforms AI output into responsive layouts using CSS, JavaScript, and SVG.
- Develop advanced UI features: Create and refine interactive elements such as adaptive layout systems, dynamic positioning logic, and visual editing tools.
- Shape component architecture: Design scalable, modular front-end structures that flexibly represent AI-defined properties and styles.
- Ensure visual precision: Handle complex styling, layout measurement, and custom rendering scenarios to achieve pixel-perfect and consistent results.
- Collaborate with the core team: Work closely with the CTO and engineers to prototype ideas quickly and push the boundaries of front-end innovation.
