YZR Capital is an investment firm based in Munich, Germany
The current c. €100m venture capital fund focuses on early-stage health tech startups
The team consists of experienced doctors, entrepreneurs and private equity / venture capital professionals and is responsible for several lighthouse transactions in the sector
YZR Capital manages capital for leading institutional and private investors and invested in European health tech challengers like Scan, filu, and DeepLife

Tasks

Support the investment team in end-to-end deal execution: conduct in-depth financial and commercial due diligence, prepare and document investment decisions, and support with legal documentation
Support in the deal flow sourcing process and development of our investment theses: do market deep dives in sectors that are relevant to our investment focus, handle all inbound dealflow independently, and present interesting opportunities in our internal dealflow meeting
Support in the organization of our international YZR events
Build up your own network to bring in the most promising health tech deals
Assist in the further development of existing portfolio companies
Assist the team with fundraising efforts and internal topics

University degree in business, economics, or a similar field
Up to 1 year previous practical experience such as venture capital/private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, start-ups
Entrepreneurial, analytical, and curious mindset combined with a high amount of empathy
Enthusiasm for new business models in the field of health tech
Humble, team player personality with a can-do attitude
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
English proficiency, good knowledge of German (B2+)

As a first-time fund, you will work in a startup-like environment and can be proactive and hands-on and take over responsibilities from day 1
