Tasks

Pricing, demand planning and product mix analyses
Definition of sales conditions together with the sales department
Reporting of sales performance and market trends, as well as competitors benchmarkingMonitoring existing product range as well as recommendations for new products and market options

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field
At least 2 years of professional experience in sales or marketing
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, as well as other IT tools (e.g., SAP, OBI)
Very good English skills required; German is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Resilient, proactive, and precise, with a high level of initiative and commitment
Team player with creative thinking and the motivation to grow with a young, ambitious company
