  • THE ROLE

    As a (Senior) Business Development Manager (m/f/d) based in Berlin, you will work closely with our C-level and senior management team. You will support, advise, and lead both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations — always with the goal of driving sustainable growth for our company. Your responsibilities will range from post-merger integration and growth strategies to the further development of our product and solutions portfolio, as well as contributing to the design of a scalable and future-proof business model. In doing so, you’ll take on both conceptual and hands-on responsibilities — always with a clear focus on opportunities, structures, and impact.

    Additionally, the role includes the following key areas:

    • You will be involved from the start in our internationalization process and manage activities with all relevant stakeholders.
    • You will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
    • You will work closely with the Sales, Publisher Management, Ad Operations, and Marketing departments.
    • You will be responsible for developing and evaluating business plans in close collaboration with relevant teams.
    • You will forecast and analyze the impact of your projects and present your findings to the team and management.
    • You will lead cross-functional teams as part of an ongoing integration project and maintain close collaboration with key decision-makers.
    • You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting to stakeholders and management.
    • You will evaluate our CRM tools and initiatives to continuously optimize and advance them.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • You have several years of experience in business development, strategic corporate development, or consulting – ideally in a technology-driven environment.
    • Initial exposure to the ad-tech sector and familiarity with tools like HubSpot and Monday.com are a plus.
    • You think entrepreneurially and strategically, identifying opportunities where others see challenges.
    • You have experience collaborating with international teams and C-level executives – and you navigate confidently in this environment.
    • You communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally – both in German and English.
    • You work in a structured and independent manner, reliably driving projects to completion.
    • You present with confidence and are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and other standard MS Office tools.
    • Your strong motivation, eagerness to learn, and desire to actively shape and contribute complete your profile.
