At XOUXOU, we craft accessories that empower people to carry life hands-free - stylishly and practically. Now we’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Working Student to join our team and help us bring our brand to life through engaging content.

Tasks

Create compelling photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
Help with ideation and mood/storyboarding social-first campaigns and trends
Film and edit Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage, and product showcases
Support with creative direction on shoots and styling
Keep an eye on social trends and propose fresh content ideas
Scout for locations and people we can use for our shoots
Scout creators for collaborations according to given KPIs

Requirements

Enrolled student in Film, Photography, Media, Communication, or a similar field
Strong creative eye and passion for storytelling through visuals
You know your way around a DSLR and/or video-camera
Active on social media, ideally with your own profile showcasing your content and aesthetic
Good understanding of current trends and platform-specific formats
Interest in fashion and lifestyle
Reliable, organized, and proactive mindset
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Fluent in English
