At xHeron, we’re building the first AI Collaboration Environment for Hospitality Operations. Our mission is to empower teams in the hospitality industry to work smarter, more structured, and more efficiently.
To support our growth, we’re looking for a hands-on and structured Operations Manager who will take ownership of our day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence across the company.
Tasks
- Own and manage the execution of daily operational tasks across multiple workflows
- Be the central coordinator between guests, customers , and internal teams
- Track and follow up on requests, ensuring everything moves forward without delays
- Maintain a clear overview of all ongoing operations — and flag blockers before they become problems
- Help build smooth, scalable internal processes that improve how we work
- Support internal documentation, process clean-ups, and operational reporting
Requirements
- A structured, organized way of working and high attention to detail
- You’re reliable, proactive, and always a few steps ahead
- You communicate with clarity and confidence — in writing and in person
- You’re comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- You know how to juggle several moving pieces without losing focus or quality
- You bring a strong sense of ownership, even if you’re not in a leadership role
- Strong German communication skills are essential.
- Bonus if you have experience working in start-ups, similar fast-growing environments or in the hospitality industry
