As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll be at the heart of building long-term partnerships with our clients, helping them achieve measurable business results and grow on our platform. You’ll work with operators across Europe and beyond, ensuring they succeed with Wunder Mobility’s products while shaping the future of shared mobility.
The Role
You’ll own relationships with some of our most important customers, guiding them from onboarding through growth and renewal. Your role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll align customer goals with our product roadmap, manage escalations, and act as the customer’s advocate within Wunder Mobility.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a world-class customer experience and maximize the value our clients get from our software.
