What your role will be

As a UX/UI Product Designer (m/f/d) at Wunder Mobility, you'll shape the future of mobility through user-centered design. This high-impact role works across our evolving B2B product ecosystem. You'll partner closely with the Product Lead to ensure intuitive and user-driven experiences and design are a core part of our product strategy and collaborate with a cross-functional team to bring your designs to life.

What you will do

Collaborate closely with our Product Lead to implement UX as a strategic function of design and ensure user-driven experiences are a core part of Wunder Mobility’s product strategy
Work within cross functional teams of engineers, product owners, and other designers to deliver high quality solution-oriented and visually appealing designs and ensure their feasibility and implementation
Create and iterate on concepts, user stories, personas, storyboards, prototypes and wireframes to illustrate optimal user experiences
Research and engage with users, prospects and customers to understand their perspectives in a continuous discovery process
Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain a design system and reusable component library to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product
Ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback

What you bring to the table

4+ years experience with user experience and user interaction design in a product environment (experience within a B2B or B2B2C environment is a big plus!)
A portfolio of multiple shipped projects on which you were the primary designer and features user-centric work
Experience in planning, designing, running and evaluating UX initiatives
Ability to solve complex design problems for global markets and translate company goals, user needs and objectives into meaningful experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear presentations and the ability to ask meaningful questions across internal and external audiences
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
