Tasks

• Be responsible for the candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth process for all parties involved by scheduling technical interviews and communicating with key stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support by managing correspondence and ensuring all project-related paperwork is up-to-date and filed appropriately.
• Support senior project managers in tracking project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in HR, Business or Communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
• Prior experience in a startup environment or related field is a plus.
