About the Role
We're building a high-performance Consumer team at Wolt Germany to drive growth and profitability across Wolt+, Pricing & Incentives, Loyalty, and Discovery. As the Head of Consumer Lifecycle Growth, you will own how customers in Germany progress through the lifecycle — from onboarding and activation, through engagement and retention, to Wolt+ conversion and loyalty.
This role owns customer development strategy and execution: you'll design and run lifecycle campaigns, partner closely with Marketing to integrate CAC spend into sustainable customer growth, and work with global pricing ad incentives to optimise discount and promo programs for the German market. You'll be the bridge between acquisition and long-term value, ensuring that every euro spent on acquiring customers turns into meaningful, retained Wolt+ members.
