Tasks

What you'll do

Design, test, and refine prompts to enhance AI response quality and relevance
Build and maintain a comprehensive prompt library with systematic versioning
Develop specialized templates for enterprise domain use cases
Collaborate with our Customer Success team on prompt customization solutions
Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization strategies
Lead review sessions and integrate feedback from cross-functional teams
Drive the continuous evolution of our AI avatar's conversational capabilities

Requirements

Must-haves:

1–2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or conversational AI systems
Solid foundation in prompt engineering principles and best practices
Excellent written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Python for automation and workflow optimization
Experience with Git version control systems
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Nice-to-haves:

Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar advanced LLM platforms
Academic or professional background in linguistics, psychology, behavioral sciences, or communication studies
Understanding of B2B workflows and knowledge management systems
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimental design
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
