We are looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to own and shape one of our product areas. You’ll lead and develop a small team of Product Managers who each drive parts of the scope - while ensuring that, as a group, you deliver on the full strategy and roadmap for the area.
This is a player/coach role: while your primary focus is on setting direction and enabling your team to succeed, you will also step in to do individual contributor Product Management work whenever relevant - whether that means covering gaps, driving a critical initiative yourself, or helping the team push through an especially complex challenge.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on product work, shaping both our products and our Product Management culture.
Take full ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area.
Ensure your team’s work adds up to a coherent product experience and delivers measurable business impact.
Jump in hands-on when needed - whether to fill temporary gaps, drive an initiative yourself, or unblock the team.
Make sound trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term scalability.
Lead, mentor, and develop 2–4 Product Managers, helping them grow in both execution and strategy.
Provide clarity of priorities and context so your team can take real ownership.
Act as a sparring partner, challenging thinking and raising the bar on product craft and outcomes.
Build a team culture of proactivity, accountability, and customer obsession.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Influence senior stakeholders and align product direction with company objectives.
Communicate clearly across levels - from exec-level priorities to day-to-day trade-offs.
5–8 years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of delivering impactful products.
Experience managing or mentoring other Product Managers
Comfortable operating in a player/coach capacity: you thrive in enabling others, but are just as willing to jump into IC work when the situation calls for it.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Data-driven decision maker with customer empathy and business acumen.
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
