To support our client - the premium car manufacturer BMW (Bayerische Motoren Werke) - we are looking for a specialist (m/f/d) for the "Development of Android Application Platform " on a temporary basis.
Aufgaben
- you are responsible for the technical conformity of the Android platform and ensure cross-generational use and Google certification
- automated test execution and operation of the test rack within the framework of Google CTS assurance (Google compatibility)
- together with the compatibility team you will review the changing test cases and adapt the test environment
- consolidation of the different technical requirements and implementation for a stable test execution
Qualifikation
- successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- several years of experience in software engineering, ideally proven experience in software development (preferably in consumer electronics and in the field of infotainment in vehicles).
- experience in testing, test automation and analysis.
- preferably experience with the Android Open-Source Project (AOSP) or the Google Compatibility Programme
- required programming languages: Python, Bash, Java and Kotlin
- very good German and good English skills required
