  • As a Senior Product Manager at VENMATE, you will drive the evolution of our AI-driven Customer Success platform, transforming how B2B businesses manage and optimize their customers success. You will lead product discovery and strategy for our CS Co-Pilot, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, customer data unification, and strategic success management. This role demands deep product thinking, technical acumen, and a passion for turning complex customer data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

    Tasks

    • Product Discovery & Strategy:
      Lead comprehensive product discovery initiatives to uncover customer success teams' pain points, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities for AI-driven automation within our multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
    • Strategic Roadmap Planning:
      Align product development with VENMATE's strategic pillars (Guiding, AI-Powered, Holistic, Collaborative, Simple) while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
    • AI-Powered Feature Development:
      Drive the roadmap for our CS Co-Pilot, defining how AI can proactively surface insights, predict customer health, and recommend strategic actions that maximize customer lifetime value.
    • Customer-Centric Innovation:
      Conduct deep user research with Customer Success Managers and leadership teams to understand their strategic challenges and translate insights into platform capabilities that drive measurable customer outcomes.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making:
      Analyze both qualitative feedback and quantitative platform metrics to validate hypotheses, measure feature impact, and continuously optimize the customer success workflow experience.
    • Hypothesis Testing & Experimentation:
      Design and execute rapid experiments to validate AI model effectiveness, user adoption patterns, and feature value propositions across diverse B2B customer segments.
    • Product Team Orchestration:
      Partner closely with our Engineering team to co-create solutions that are technically feasible, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and iteration, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Customer Success tools, or AI-driven platforms
    • Experience in UI/UX principles and user-centered design; ability to collaborate with design teams on intuitive workflows and interfaces
    • Proficient in design tools such as Figma or similar, and comfortable working closely with designers to iterate on user experience
    • Strong understanding of Customer Success methodologies, metrics (NPS, churn, expansion revenue), and the B2B customer lifecycle
    • Experience with AI/ML product development, including familiarity with data pipelines, model training, and sentiment/intelligence modeling
    • Proven track record in product discovery techniques such as jobs-to-be-done framework, customer journey mapping, and rapid prototyping
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in both qualitative user research and quantitative data analysis
    • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to own product outcomes and drive measurable impact such as adoption, retention, and customer expansion
    • Proven experience managing multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Success, Marketing), aligning priorities and leading cross-functional initiatives
    • Familiarity with CRMs and Customer Success platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight) and integration ecosystems is a strong plus
    • Languages: English – business fluent; German is a plus
