    Position: Finance Working Student
    Location of the role: Remote – Munich

    We are seeking a proactive Working Student to join our Finance Team and gain hands-on experience in
    financial operations, reporting, and analysis

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the finance team with dunning activities, including monitoring overdue invoices and preparing customer reminders
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance
  • Help maintain and update customer and invoice data in internal systems
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment-related inquiries

    • Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to work flexibly across different tasks and priorities
