    This is how you will make an impact as a Working Student Finance Data & Analytics:

    • You are responsible for building and maintaining a weekly Finance KPI pack (e.g. AR aging/DSO, spend by cost center, revenue bridges) and keeping data quality high.

    • You are a hands-on analyst who turns raw exports (e.g., DATEV, CRM) into clean tables and actionable insights.

    • You shape lightweight data pipelines (SQL/Sheets), definitions, and documentation so stakeholders can self-serve key views.

    • You support FP&A on forecasts, ad-hoc deep dives, and tool introductions/data migrations (mapping, test cases, reconciliation).

    • You ensure smooth month-/year-end support with simple reconciliations.

    • You develop dashboards in Looker and small automations that reduce manual work.

    • You analyze revenue, usage, and spend trends and communicate findings clearly.

    • You accompany cross-functional analysts (Product, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops) to align on metrics and data standards.



    Your profile as a Working Student Finance Data & Analytics:

    • You have current enrollment in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program Business/Econ/Data/CS/Math or similar); 15–20 h/week available.

    • You have a strong command of SQL and advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

    • You bring curiosity, structured problem-solving, reliability, and discretion with financial data (GDPR aware).

    • You think in systems and processes; you like tidy schemas, clear definitions, and reproducible work.

    • You communicate clearly in English (B2+); German is a plus.

    • You are tech-affine; experience with Looker (or similar BI tools), Python, Google AppScript or cloud warehouses (Snowflake) is a plus.

    • Accounting platforms (DATEV) and CRM systems (Salesforce) exposure is ideal.

    • Nice to have: familiarity with Accounting and FP&A concepts (accruals, AR aging, deferred revenue).
