As an ambitious team, we focus on sustainable, high-quality growth. Our product creates real value — now we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who takes full ownership of our paid channels and systematically scales them with a strong data-driven mindset.
Aufgaben
- Own and scale our performance marketing strategy across key paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond)
- Plan, launch, test, and optimize full-funnel campaigns — from awareness to qualified pipeline
- Develop high-converting ad concepts in close collaboration with design and content
- Continuously analyze performance metrics, improve tracking setups, and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Take full budget responsibility including allocation, monitoring, forecasting, and ROI optimization
- Align closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to support both self-service and sales-driven growth
- Proactively test new channels, audiences, creatives, and formats to unlock new growth levers
Qualifikation
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record in scaling paid acquisition and contributing directly to pipeline growth
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus
- Deep understanding of KPIs across the full funnel (CPL, CAC, CPX, CVR, pipeline impact)
- Experience with tracking, attribution models, and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, GA4)
- Strong analytical mindset combined with strategic thinking
- High level of ownership and a drive to continuously challenge the status quo
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Fluent German (minimum C1) is a knockout criterion; very good English skills required
Nice to have:
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or agency environment
- Strong reporting and dashboard skills (e.g. Looker Studio, Google Sheets)
- Affinity for AI-driven products or complex B2B solutions
