Overview
We're looking for a high-impact Performance Marketing Strategist (gn) to turn our paid social into an acquisition engine that reliably scales and fuels our next-phase growth plan.
We’re on an aggressive scale-up trajectory and our paid social performance must be predictable, efficient and investor-grade. This is not "account manager" work, your job is to own the creative strategy, design experiments and decode the data to scale winners efficiently. Partnering up with media buyers/external agencies, you’ll run our Meta account and experiment with TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. Your superpowers: structured testing, strong analytical thinking and creative direction that consistently uncovers scalable acquisition angles.
What success looks like (6 months)
- Improve ROAS and keep CAC under control while scaling monthly ad spend with sustained unit economics
- Define and validate a clear acquisition proposition that attracts high-quality customers, optimising for AOV, repeat rate and LTV (not just cheap conversions)
- Build and run a structured creative testing system that uncovers scalable ad concepts and reduces creative-to-winner time. Turn the results into a clear and replicable playbook
Aufgaben
You will
- Own channel strategies for Meta: account structure, campaign types, budget and media strategies and when to move from exploration to scale.
- Design & run testing frameworks: structured hypothesis → test plan → success metrics → scale/kill decision. Implement holdout / incrementality tests and uplift measurement.
- Lead creative strategy & ops: conceive hooks/angles, brief rapid creative production, run multi-variant creative tests and fatigue management. Creative quality drives performance and you’ll prove it.
- Data, measurement & analytics: own dashboards, LTV and cohort analysis, funnel conversion rates and experiment-level stats. Use results to optimize budget allocation and scale winning campaigns.
- Automation, AI and scale playbook: build rules, scripts and SOPs that reduce manual work and enable predictable scaling. Leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster.
- Cross-functional work: work tightly with the marketing team, product development and agencies to align on overall business and marketing goals, targets, customer segments, brand and product messaging and offerings
- Stay ahead of platform changes: anticipate and adapt to new formats, specs, and privacy rules to keep acquisition scalable and efficient.
Qualifikation
What we expect you to be great at
- Paid social mastery: hands-on with Meta Ads Manager; TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest are a plus.
- Experimentation & analytics: design A/B and holdout tests, interpret soft KPIs and results, pull cohorts, model LTV and translate learnings into business action.
- Creative strategy & production: write crisp briefs and hooks, iterate and scale high-performing concepts; experience with UGC and creator/influencer partnerships.
- Budgeting & scaling: set budget and campaign splits, pace budgets and scale efficiently without losing ROAS.
- Cross-functional collaboration & communication: turn performance insights into actionable creative, product and ops recommendationsYou speak the language: You speak our customers’ and team’s language. Therefore, fluency in German and English is a must.
