Aufgaben

Foster the double-digit growth journey of a B2B SaaS company across the DACH region
Lead a team of 50 FTE across the functions operations, customer support and sales support
Provide strategic guidance and direction to department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and ensure accountability across departments.
Identify, attract, hire, and retain best-in-class talent

Qualifikation

5+ years leadership in a senior role, preferably as a COO or VP of Operations, within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
Experience working in a high-growth environment is desirable
Business fluent in German and English
