Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

Are you passionate about inspiring parents to provide screen-free (and guilt-free) edutainment to children? If so, read on! We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - App Engagement (f/m/d) to shape the mytonies app for ios & android to be a weekly destination for families to discover tonies for their collection, generate personalised content, and share experiences with the tonies community. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance user retention and increase use-case adoption within our mobile app. This role requires a deep understanding of user behaviour, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful engagement initiatives.

• Lead the strategy and development of a robust and engaging app experience by developing hypotheses based on strategy & customer insights, experimenting to validate impact while delivering a great user experience.

• Own the execution of key initiatives while working within a cross-functional team with product design, engineering and CRM closely aligned with research, data and business.

• Continuously prioritise opportunities to maintain a competitive roadmap, ensuring it is clearly understood and accessible.

• Drive continuous discovery for future evolutions, validating new concepts and partnerships with a "customer-centric" approach that drives our north star metric.

• Be the voice of the customer when navigating usability, UX, technology and data security decisions while uncovering necessary insights to guide your team.

• Define success metrics, strive for fast build and learn cycles and support the go-to-market of new products, features and services.

• Closely collaborate with senior management of the company and report to the Director Digital Products.

• You are passionate about building digital and connected products and have more than 5 years of professional experience in product management.

• You possess a strong understanding of app development, customer behaviours and success metrics.

• You have great leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively leading and motivating teams towards common goals.

• You feel comfortable navigating customer insights, UX, business strategy, technology, data and security topics to develop a strong product vision.

• You’re comfortable owning while navigating information overload, ambiguity & chaos.

• You are a clear communicator who uses an analytical approach in decision-making and an empathetic approach in building relationships.

• Understanding technology or development experience is a huge plus.
