Tasks
- Planning, coordinating, and publishing content across various social media platforms – with a strong focus on engagement, trends, and community dynamics
- Developing and adapting digital campaigns into platform-appropriate formats, with creative and strategic input
- Writing compelling, audience- and platform-specific copy – from sharp captions to longer-form storytelling
- Collaborating with creative and design teams to generate ideas, develop content, and ensure visual consistency
- Monitoring trends, evaluating content performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
- Acting as a direct point of contact for clients – providing expert social media guidance, sharing insights, and driving content decisions
Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in social media, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
- A strong interest in digital communication and an understanding of what makes social content effective.
- Confident writing skills and a good understanding of visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of content KPIs and how to use them
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills – both internally and in client-facing situations
- Solid skills in content tools – Photoshop or similar editing software experience is an advantage
- Curiosity, reliability and a structured approach to work
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
